Elopement Wedding

The couple had been together for years but it was on that beautiful Rocky Mountain morning, waking up at the Chateau looking out over Lake Louise they decided “this is the place, today is the day”. A call to the concierge and by 2:30 they were married on the lakeshore with a photographer, witnesses, champagne, flowers, and borrowed rings!

Many couples come to the mountains just by themselves or with only their dearest friends to get married.  Our truly romantic setting is the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs that we offer in our affordable Elopement Package.

Any day is a great day for a small wedding in the Canadian Rockies and we welcome those “last minute” requests!

If the wedding party is very small in number, we may be able to assist with transportation as well.

A bit more “Traditional”

Larger celebrations require more time, more details, moments and more family & friend coverage. We have photographed weddings in every hotel and outdoor area in the Bow Valley.  Both Malcolm and Roger started their careers “at the top” as the hotel photographers at the Banff Springs Hotel and the Chateau Lake Louise and still enjoy a great working relationship with both venues.

Our Digital Packages are excellent quality, flexible and we include a DVD of your edited “ready to print” images in color and Black & White along with an organized proof album for you to keep.

The wedding images are yours and you will be able to make as many reprints and enlargements as you like at your local photo finishers.

Adventure Weddings

How adventurous are you? The sky is the limit! Consider flying in a helicopter to the top of a mountain to make your vows.  Or perhaps you would prefer to take a sleigh ride or a dog sled to a remote and romantic spot.  You might be interested riding the horse trail to a beautiful area or grabbing your skis or snowboards to find that perfect scenic location.

Adventure weddings are a lot of fun and we offer a more casual style of photography to cover those important and memorable moments.
